RETURN POLICY

Our goal at The WList is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team at (787) 998-9158.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Shipped Orders:
If your order was shipped, please contact Customer Service at (787) 998-9158 to receive specific return instructions.

In-Store Purchases:
Products purchased in-store must be returned directly to the store for processing.

ALCOHOL RETURNS

Due to industry regulations, alcoholic beverages may only be returned under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged, deteriorated, or unfit for consumption.
- An incorrect product was received.

Returns will not be accepted without the original receipt or invoice.

The WList must be notified within 30 days of the in-store purchase date or within 30 days of the delivery date for shipped orders.

If you believe a bottle is flawed, please reinsert the cork and return the bottle with the remaining wine inside. We are unable to process claims for empty bottles.

If you identify an error regarding the wine type or vintage, please contact our Orders Department at (787) 998-9158 or email us at help@thewlist.shop.

Once notified, The WList will arrange for the package to be collected and returned to us for inspection. After inspection, a replacement shipment will be issued if applicable. Prompt notification is essential to ensure the fastest possible resolution. Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt with the return.

Note: All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
