SHIPPING POLICY

The WList ships wine and non-alcoholic accessories (glassware, home décor, tools, and related items) directly to you. We are pleased to assist with gift shipments and can include a personalized note for the recipient.

Wine shipments are available only in selected municipalities.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Wine Shipping:
We currently ship wine within the Metro Areas of Guaynabo and San Juan only.

Accessories (Non-Alcoholic Items):
We ship non-alcoholic accessories (glassware, gifts, tools, etc.) to all municipalities in Puerto Rico.

Product availability may vary.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to the United States. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

MANAGING YOUR DELIVERY

Need to update your shipping address? Request a delivery hold or a specific delivery window? If your order is shipped via a third-party carrier, you may use the carrier’s delivery management tools when available. Please contact Customer Service at (787) 998-9158 for assistance with delivery adjustments.

SENDING A GIFT

We are happy to assist with gift orders. During checkout, you may select the gift option and include a personalized message for the recipient.

If the order includes wine, the individual accepting the delivery must be at least 18 years of age.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Orders cannot be split across multiple shipping addresses. Each address requires a separate order.

EXTREME TEMPERATURES

The WList may delay wine shipments during periods of extreme heat to protect product quality. These situations are more common during summer months. If your shipment is temporarily held, you will be notified by email. We may also post a notice on our website advising customers of potential delays.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

At the time of delivery, our delivery partners may request valid identification to verify that the recipient is at least 18 years of age. If someone other than the purchaser receives the order and signs for it, that individual must also be at least 18 years old.

If delivery is unsuccessful, two additional delivery attempts may be made. After that, the order may be returned to our distribution location in San Juan. For questions regarding your shipment status or to request redirection, please contact Customer Service at (787) 998-9158.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES

Orders Containing Alcoholic Beverages:

Our goal is to process orders the same business day when received before 3:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, regardless of the selected delivery method.

Delivery will occur within 48 to 72 hours after processing for standard shipments.

Wine orders are delivered internally by our carriers. Delivery hours are between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Same-day delivery is available for $29.99. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM to qualify.

Orders Not Containing Alcoholic Beverages:

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You may track your order status by logging into your account on our website and selecting “Online Order History” or “In-Store Purchase History.”

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive tracking information by email. This allows you to monitor your shipment as it travels to the delivery address.
