Vibrant black cherry in the glass, the lifted aromatics of black raspberry, Bing cherry, cola berry, fig, currants, menthol, cedar, sage, and bakers’ chocolate blend seamlessly into flavors of more cherry, boysenberry, plum, anise, black peppercorns, leather, graphite, and dried blueberry. The finish is long and beautifully nuanced with balanced tannins and bright acidity. An elegant, polished wine that is showing beautifully but also has exceptional cellar potential.
