Soil: Alluvial origin, sandy-loam with carbonated clay.

Winemaking: Malbec vines on trellis over 40 years old (consistent yield of 5,000 kilos per hectare) with controlled drip irrigation management. Manual selection of clusters and berries prior to destemming. Pre-fermentative cold maceration to promote color extraction and primary aromas. Alcoholic fermentation of about 30 days: 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in oak foudres under strict temperature control (from 24°C to 30°C).
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
