It's from the oldest vines; that's more than 100 years and spent 18 months in French barrels. In the nose blackberry, licorice and coffee on one hand, menthol, red cherry and balsamic on the other. The palate is velvety smooth with wonderful acidity & tannins, red & black cherry, vanilla, oak and endless finish.
