The secret to its lively character lies in the unique terrain and winemaking process. Grown on 35-year-old, goblet-trained bush vines nestled between 450 and 600 meters above sea level, the grapes enjoy a slow, late ripening phase that perfectly locks in high-toned fruit purity. To ensure an approachable, supple structure, the juice is fermented gently in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks. It then undergoes a short 5-month maturation process utilizing neutral cement deposits, large 5,000-liter wooden vats, and used oak barrels, intentionally letting the vibrant, crisp fruit character shine without being masked by heavy, oaky tannins
