After a maceration with controlled temperature and through manual punching down, alcoholic fermentation takes place in open concrete vats. Malolactic in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters. Aging of 14 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters. Bottled without filtration process.
