While the grapes are brought back to Lady Hill Winery’s historic estate in western Oregon for production, they are sourced directly from premier Washington vineyards to capture the region’s signature warm-climate style. This exceptional 2016 vintage benefits from a long, ideal growing season, presenting an expressive nose of dark berries, ripe plum, and rich leather accentuating complex notes of baking spice. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, full-bodied experience filled with dark fruit flavors, a touch of volcanic graphite mineral dust, and mild, well-integrated tannins that dissolve into a long finish marked by subtle cocoa nuances.
