The vineyards for this Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon have been carefully selected over the years. The 40-year-old vines give this wine an elegance, balance, and unique identity among the best Cabernet Sauvignons of the Colchagua Valley.
Barrel Aging: Aged in third- and fourth-use French oak barrels for 13 months, with a portion of first-use French oak staves.
Color: Medium garnet red.
Aroma: Red fruit, cherries, blackcurrant, with hints of toasted wood, spices, and mineral notes of graphite.
Taste: Smooth and juicy on the palate, medium tannins, juicy yet with the structure of a Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied and intense.
