Red Wine – The Ombú Reserve Syrah is our only Syrah in the range, a rather lighter Syrah with supple tannins. Modern, elegant and fine, with aromas of violets, coffee, a hint of black pepper and leather. 50% of the volume was matured in cement tanks, 50% for 6 months in barrique, a maturation that thus reveals restrained roasted aromas and a supple character.
