Description
Aged 12 months in oak barrels, this Cabernet has a balanced character. The nose has gentle red fruit aromas. It's generous on the palate, with fresh rosemary and other herbs joining strawberry flavors. Vigorous acidity and firm tannins provide a good frame. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops.
Red Wine – In our San Vicente vineyard we have 1 hectare of Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in deep sandy loam soil. High trellis of 1.90 meters allows us to obtain low yield where the fruit and varietal typicity stand out.
