A limited edition Single Vintage with 12 years of aging under the traditional method. Each batch is made up of barrels from the same vintage that previously aged Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez, carefully selected by our Master Rum Maker. To the eye, a medium-high amber color is appreciated, clean, bright. High density, with abundant and thin tears, of slow passage. Notes of molasses, red fruits, accents of citrus fruits, cocoa powder, coffee caramel and fresh almonds are appreciated. On the palate it is smooth at the beginning, slightly sweet with notes of wood and red fruits, followed by subtle notes of tonka bean, orange peel and prunes. Discreet minerality. Of great smoothness and body, it gives us an intense, round and perfect finish.
