White Wine – Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Origin: Parcel 5-A, Gualtallary, Tupungato - Uco Valley at 1,300 masl.
Soil: Conglomerate composition of alluvial and aeolian origin with presence of sand, precipitated carbonates and rounded stones of various sizes.
Harvest: Manual during the first week of March, in 17kg boxes.
Winemaker: Pablo Navarrete
Winemaking: 10-year-old vines with very low yield (4,000 kilos per hectare) and a low trellis training system.
24-hour maceration in press with 100% whole cluster. Alcoholic fermentation of 16 days in 225-liter French oak barrels from the Allier and Vosges forests. Malolactic fermentation in barrel and work on fine lees.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
