After three years of preparation, testing and delicately refining its flavor, Kate and her team present: Tequila Honor del Castillo Afirmación Limited Edition, a unique añejo blend. The first Limited Edition batch was aged with a blend of 15 different American oak barrels, for an average age of 15 to 18 months. To the eye it delights us with a natural wheat yellow color with dark tones. Its nose is clean, gently opening its sweet notes and the dry aromas of chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Due to the medium toasted barrels, it also invites the flavors of cooked agave, leaving soft coffee tones.
